The 21st day of the month.  Around the hour of the rabbit, they put out the boats.  Then the people's boats set out, every one of them. Looking  at this, it was just as if autumn leaves, of all things, had scattered on the spring sea.  Might it have been on account of our fervent prayers?--without so much as a hint of wind, a nice sun came out, and we rowed off.  Around this time, there was a boy who, indicating that he'd like to be employed, joined us.  The boat song that he sang
