Seeing this, Master Nakamaro said "In my country, it's poetry like this, you know, that, from the Age of the Gods, the gods themselves have composed, and in modern times, people of high, middle and low station too, when lamenting partings like this, and on occasions joyful and sorrowful, compose them."  Having spoken thus, the poem he composed: 

  The broad blue seafield, when I gaze over it,
  why, it's the very moon that rose over
  Mt. Mikasa in Kasuga!
